LG K20 Plus Oreo ROM 8.0 Update – MetroPCS & T-Mobile

There are 3 variants of LG K20 for 3 different carriers. Among the 3 only AT&T variant has got an official Oreo Update as of now. K20 Plus (MetroPCS / T-Mobile) & K20 V (Verizon) are still on Nougat.

As K20 Plus is rootable we can get a feel of Oreo with Lineage OS 15.1 custom ROM which is based on Android Oreo 8.1.0. Even though it’s not a stable ROM for daily usage you can give it a try.

The minimum recommended system requirements for Fortnite Mobile are 2GB RAM, Android Oreo, and OpenGL 3.x 3D graphics support.

In this post, we’re going to test out the official version as well as the modded apk of the Fortnite game on LG K20 Plus. So, Let’s check out whether Fornite is compatible with LG K20 or not

Before installation, we need to enable installation from “Unknown Sources”.

To do this, Go to Settings < Fingerprint & security < Unknown sources and tap on it to enable it

Now I’m using Google Chrome browser to download Fortnite from the official website.

LG K30 USB Drivers ADB Driver Windows 10 / Mac – LM-X410(FG)

In this post, we’re going to install the Latest Windows 10 LG Mobile Driver v4.4.2 for LG K30 lm-x410(ft).

For different modes of USB connection, different drivers need to be installed. The various modes of USB connection are MTP Mode, ADB / Fastboot Mode, and Download Mode.

MTP mode is nothing but the File Transfer mode, which facilitates the transfer of files between phone and PC.

To enter Fastboot Mode and to unlock LG K30 bootloader, we need to install the ADB Interface Driver

LG K30 Download Mode helps in restoring a bricked phone or to simply update the phone firmware. To flash firmware in Download mode, USB Modem and USB Serial Port driver need to be installed.
