AT&T Calypso 3 U328aa the successor to Calypso 2 U319aa was launched in the last quarter of 2022 with Android 12 out of the box. It’s similar to Cricket Debut Smart SL101AE.
With the latest Android security update, the old Android 12 FRP bypass method no longer works on AT&T Calypso 3. This time, we are going to use the latest August 2023 trick to bypass the Google account verification on U328AA.
The FRP lock is enabled after a hard reset via Android Recovery. During the device setup, we need to verify with the lock screen credentials or the previously synced Google account to reach the home screen.
Let’s use the latest and easiest 2023 method to bypass the Google Verification on Calyspo 3 Android 12 without a computer as follows –
To bypass the AT&T Calypso 3 lock screen password, I had to reset the device using Android Recovery.
After the reset, we are on the “Hi There” screen as shown above.
Let’s click the “START” button to move ahead.
Then, connect your device to the internet using a Wifi network.
It takes a few minutes to get ready. Then we reach the “Copy apps & data” screen.
Click “Don’t copy” to proceed further.
Now, we are on the “Verify Password” screen.
To move ahead, we either need the lock screen password or the previously synced Google account.
I’ve forgotten these details.
Let’s use the latest & easiest August 2023 hack to bypass the Google FRP lock on AT&T Calyso 3 U328AA Android 12 without a computer as follows –

To bypass the Google account, move back to the “START” screen.
We are again on the first page.
Look for “Vision Settings” and click on it.
On the following screen, choose the last option – “Talkback”.
Enable Talkback with the “Use Talkback” button.
When Talkback turns on, draw an opposite L on the screen. Swipe right then up.
A permission request shows up on the screen. Double-tap – “WHILE USING THIS APP”.
Another request appears – “Use voice commands to control Talkback”. Double-click “Use voice commands”.
Now, say “Google Assistant” in the phone’s mic to launch this app.
The voice command launches the Assistant app.
Now, double-tap the “keyboard icon” at the bottom as shown above.
This opens the search box.
At this stage, Talkback can be disabled.
Press and hold both the volume keys to enable the Talkback shortcut.
Again press and hold the volume buttons to disable Talkback.
Once Talkback is off, type open youtube in the search box. Pick the correct search result to reach the Youtube app.
Now, hit the “user profile icon” in the top-right corner.
Next, we need to click on “Settings” then “About” as shown above.
Look for “Youtube Terms of Service” and click on it.
This launches the Google Chrome app.
Do the Chrome setup to get access to the search bar.
In the address bar enter the term “addrom bypass”.
Pick the first search result to reach the Addrom bypass website.
Now, look for “Screen Smartlock” and click on it.
It brings me to the “Protect your Phone” screen.
We have 3 options – Pattern, PIN, and Password.
Let’s add a new PIN code 1234.
Re-enter the same PIN and hit “Confirm”.
Now, either it brings you to the same screen, or the app crashes.
If nothing happens, again try to set up the same PIN code.
If the app crashes, click on “Close app” and go back to the “Screen Smartlock” page.
Go back and again open “Screen Smartlock”.
Try to set up the same PIN code 1234
You need to keep trying until you get the above screen which says – “Keep your device unlocked while it’s on you”.
This confirms that the old screen lock is replaced with this new PIN 1234.
Now, click on “Yes I’m In”.
We are all done. Now, go all the way back to the “START” screen.
Go back to the first page. Then click the “START” button.
On the “Copy apps & data” page, hit “Don’t copy”.
Now, we are on the “Verify PIN” screen.
You can see the old screen lock password is replaced with the new PIN lock.
Verify with the PIN code 1234
The PIN verification is successful. We bypassed the Google account verification.
Use the “skip” option to bypass Google account sign-in.
Hit the “Accept” button on the “Google Services” page.
Now, skip the screen lock setup.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup wizard.
We successfully landed on the AT&T Calypso 3 U328AA home screen thus bypassing the Google account verification.
