In this post, we are going to learn how to unlock a Schok phone when stuck on the lock screen due to a forgotten Password, PIN, or Pattern.
To bypass the lock screen, you need to hard reset the device using Android Recovery. In this process, you’re going to lose the internal storage data, including photos, videos, apps & other files.
After the reset, you also need to verify with the previously synced Google account to land on the home screen.

You can see I’m stuck on the Schok Volt SV55 lock screen due to a forgotten password.
To bypass the lock screen, we need to reset the device using Android Recovery.
Let’s turn off the phone to enter Recovery Mode.
Long-press the power button and choose “Power Off” as shown above.
When the phone shuts down completely, press and hold the volume up & power keys as shown above.
It brings me to a black screen with a “No command” error.
To bypass the No command screen –
- Press and hold the power button.
- Keep the power key pressed, and tap the volume up button once.
- Release both keys as soon as you see the “Android Recovery” screen.
We are now in the Recovery Mode.
Here we need to use the volume & power keys for navigation and selection.
Use the volume down button to move from “Reboot System Now” to “Wipe data/Factory Reset”. Then click the power button once.
Again move down from “Cancel” to “Factory data reset”. Hit the power key to begin the reset.
Once the data wipe is complete, press the power button one more time to restart the phone.
The reboot will take a few minutes.
Afterward, we reach the “Hi There” screen as shown above.
Now, we need to complete the setup wizard to reach the Schok phone home screen.
Let’s begin the setup with the “START” button.
In the next step, connect your device to a Wifi network.
After connecting to the internet, it brings me to the “Copy apps & data” screen as shown above.
Click on “Don’t copy”.
The next page is “Verify Password”. I do not remember the lock screen password.
There is one more option – “Use my Google account instead”. Let’s click on it.
Now, sign in with your previously synced Google account and follow the on-screen prompts to reach the Schok phone home screen.
