LG V40 Thinq FRP Bypass New method 2021 AT&T LM-V405UA

After the recent LG V40 Thinq security update, the old FRP bypass method no longer works. After adding a new screen lock during the FRP bypass the screen lock verification page doesn’t show up, it directly takes you to Google verification. Let’s see how to fix this issue.

In this post, we are going to use the latest and easiest September 2021 Google bypass hack to reach the LG V40 home screen.

In a few minutes, you’ll be able to use your phone once again. So, let’s begin the troubleshooting –

After doing a factory reset using the volume down & power keys, my V40 is on the “Welcome” screen. This is the first page of the setup wizard.

Let’s use the forward button to complete the setup.

Hit “Next” on the “New Second Screen” page.

Now, connect your V40 to the internet using Wifi or Mobile data.

The phone is now checking for updates. This process takes a few minutes.

We have reached the “Copy apps & data” screen.

Hit “Don’t copy” to proceed.

This brings me to the password verification page. I don’t remember the lock screen password, I’ll choose – “USE MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT INSTEAD”.

Now, we have reached the Google verification page. To get past this screen we need to sign in using the previously synced Google account.

Let’ use the latest September 2021 FRP Bypass hack to get past the Google lock without using a computer –

To bypass the Google account we need to go 2 steps back to reach the “Set internet connection” screen.

Now, we are on the “Set Internet connection” page.

On this screen, you need to “turn off wifi” and hit “Next” at the same time. Click the “Wifi button” and the “Next” button simultaneously.

You’ll succeed in a few tries.

When done correctly, you’ll reach the “Google services” screen.

Accept Google services terms and conditions.

Now, we have reached the “Secure your phone” screen.

Let’s use this page to add a new screen lock. It can be a Knock Code, PIN, Pattern, or Password.

I’ve chosen the PIN option.

Select “No Thanks” on the “Secure start-up” screen and hit “Next”.

Now, enter the PIN twice and click “OK”. I’ve set up 1234 as the new PIN.

The Screen lock has been changed. Let’s use this new PIN to bypass Google Verification.

This time we are on the “Set internet connection” page.

The PIN verification was successful. We have bypassed the Google verification.

Use the “Skip” option at the bottom-left corner to skip the Google account sign-in.

Now, accept the Google services terms and conditions.

Hit “Accept” on the “Setup and Transfer” screen.

Follow the on-screen prompts and keep moving ahead.
