There are 3 different versions of LG V35 Thinq in the USA – AT&T LMV350AWM, Google Fi V350ULM & Factory Unlocked/Cricket V350A.
Out of the 3 variants, only the AT&T V35 is updated to Android 10 as of now. After this new software update, the old FRP Bypass method doesn’t work. Now, we need to use a new method to get past the Google account Verification on V35 Thinq.
The Factory Reset Protection (FRP) gets activated when your hard reset the phone via Recovery mode. After the reset, you need to verify with the previously synced Google account to reach the home screen.
Let’s use the latest 2022 hack to bypass the FRP lock on LG V35 Thinq Android 10 AT&T without PC –
I was locked out on my LG V35 due to the forgotten screen lock password.
To bypass the lock screen, I did a hard reset using the volume down + power button via Recovery mode.
After the reset, I landed on the “Welcome” page.
Let’s click the “forward button” to initiate the device setup.
In the next step, we need to connect our V35 Thinq to a Wifi network.
After connecting to the internet, it’s checking for updates.
The following screen is “Copy apps & data”. Let’s click “Don’t Copy” to proceed further.
Now, it brings me to the screen lock verification page. To get past this screen we either need to enter the correct lock screen password or the previously synced Google account.
I clicked on the 2nd option.
I’ve reached the Google account verification screen. It’s asking to verify with the last synced Google account on this device.
Let’s use the latest 2022 hack to get past the FRP lock on LG V35 Thinq Android 10 without a computer –
How to bypass Google Verification on LG V35 Thinq Android 10 2021 2022 without PC
On LG V35 AT&T, to bypass the FRP lock we need to go 2 steps back from the “Verify your account” screen to the “Set Internet Connection” page.
Tap the back key 2 times.
I’ve reached the “Set Internet Connection” page.
Now, we need to tap 2 buttons simultaneously on this screen.
Hit the “Wifi button” and the “Next button” at the same time as marked in the above screenshot.
If done correctly, it’ll bring you to the “Google Services” screen. Tap “More” to move ahead.
Accept Google services terms and conditions.
Now, it brings me to the “Secure Your Phone” screen.
Choose the 2nd option – “Set up only Knock code, pattern, PIN or password” and click “Next”.
It brings us to the “Protect your phone” screen.
Here we are going to set up a new Knock Code, Pattern, PIN, or Password.
Let’s add an easy-to-remember PIN to replace the old lock screen password.
Choose “No, Thanks” on the “Secure Start-up” screen and click “Next”.
I’ve entered the PIN code 1234
Re-enter the PIN and click “OK”.
The screen lock has been changed. We are now going to use this new PIN to bypass the Google account.
After adding the screen lock it brings me to the “Set Internet Connection” screen.
Turn on Wifi and click “Next”.
Touch “Don’t copy” on the “Copy apps & data” page.
It directly brought me to the “Google – Verify your account” page and skipped the “Verify PIN” screen. We need the PIN verification page to bypass the FRP lock.
To restore that page, we are going to hard reset our LG V35 via Recovery Mode.
Turn off your V35 to enter Recovery Mode.
When the phone is off, press & hold the volume down + power keys.
As soon as the “LG V35 Thinq” logo shows up, only release the power key for a moment and hold it again. Do not leave the volume down button.
Now, keep pressing both the keys to enter “Recovery Mode”.
Using this page we are going to perform a hard reset.
Tap the volume button to move down from “No(Exit)” to “Yes”. Hit the power button once.
Again go down from “No” to “Yes” and press the Power key to reset your LG V35.
The factory data reset takes a few minutes. Afterward, it brings us to the Welcome page.
Hit the “forward arrow” to proceed.
Connect to a Wifi network and click “Next”.
Tap “Don’t copy” when your reach the “Copy apps & data” page.
This time we get the “Verify PIN” option.
Verify with the PIN we added a few steps ago i.e. 1234
The PIN verification is successful.
Use the “Skip” option to bypass the Google account sign-in. At this stage, you can also add a Google account. The previously synced account is not needed.
The next page is Google services. Accept the terms and conditions to move ahead.
We can do the AT&T account step up later. Keep moving ahead as shown above.
Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed further.
Hit “EXIT” to skip the AT&T setup as of now.
Finally, we have reached the last page of the setup wizard.
Tick all the “I agree” checkboxes and click “Done” to complete the setup wizard.
We have successfully landed on the LG V35 Thinq home screen thus bypassing the Google lock.
