LG K92 is the first K series 5G smartphone. It’s a mid-ranger, equipped with 128GB internal storage and 6GB RAM. It comes with Android 10 out of the box.
What are your options if you’re locked out on your K92? There is no option other than a hard reset via Recovery Mode. We need to use the volume down and power button to boot into Recovery Mode.
However, with this kind of reset, Google’s Factory Reset Protection (FRP) comes into effect. We need to verify with the last-synced Google account on this particular device.
In this post, we are going to learn how to bypass the Google Verification screen on LG K92.
After doing the Hard Reset my K92 is on the Welcome Screen. Let’s use the forward button to move ahead.
Tap “Next” on the “New Second Screen” page.
In the next step, we need to connect to the internet via Wifi or Mobile data.
This brings us to the “Copy apps & data” page. Tap “Don’t copy” to skip this step.
Now, we have reached the screen lock verification page. I don’t remember the lock screen password. Let’s use the 2nd option – “USE MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT INSTEAD”.
We are now on Google’s “Verify your account” page. It’s asking to sign-in with the previously synced Google account on this device. I don’t remember the Google account credentials.
To get past this Google Verification/FRP screen, we are going to use the latest hack as follows –
