Notice the position of the finger in the above screenshot. Slide in your finger at this point to open sidebar menu.
Hit the “+” icon and add “Shortcut Master Lite” to the sidebar menu.
Now we’ve to move 2 steps back, to the Settings page.
Scroll down to “Apps” and open it
Hit the “3 dots” icon and select “Show system”
Force Stop the Blue “Setup Wizard”.
As done before we need to “Force Stop” both the Setup Wizards.
Follow the above screenshots to do the same.
After Force Stopping both the Setup Wizards, Slide in from the edge to open the sidebar menu.
Select the Shortcut Master Lite icon to launch it.
In the shortcut master app, tap the “3 dots” icon at the top right corner and hit “Search”.
In the search box, type setup wizard and click “Search”.
Among the list of options, select the first “Setup Wizard” and tap on “Launch” as shown below.
This will take us to the “Welcome” screen of the setup wizard.
Now move further to the “Set Internet connection” page.
Step 4: Crashing the Setup Wizard to Bypass the Google Account on K20 Plus
Make sure the Wifi is OFF and hit “NEXT”
Select “SKIP ANYWAY” to move ahead.
This will force close the setup wizard and we’ll be back again on the Welcome screen.
This is the most crucial step. As soon as we click on “SKIP ANYWAY”, immediately we’ve to keep pressing “NEXT” and “BACK ARROW” in succession. So, be ready and follow the screenshots below to do it properly.
The idea here is to crash the setup wizard and land on our regular home screen.
Let’s try again, click on the forward arrow on the welcome screen, skip the “Insert SIM Card” page & click “NEXT” on the “Set Internet Connection” Page.
Now, No internet “SKIP ANYWAY” pop-up will appear.
When we’re on the “SKIP ANYWAY” pop-up the next step is the most crucial step.
Here we’ve to very quickly and repeatedly click on “NEXT” & “Back icon”. If done correctly this will crash the setup wizard.
And next time when we’ll click the forward arrow on the Welcome Screen it will directly take us to the home screen thus bypassing the google account.
Keep on trying it surely works.
Now that we’ve bypassed the google account it’s better to do a factory data reset.
Click on the settings icon to open it.
Scroll down and go to “Backup & reset” < “Factory data reset” < “Reset Phone”.
Select “Delete all” and “RESET” to initiate the reset process.
This time when you’ll again land on the setup wizard page, but there won’t be any google verification screen to bypass.
