How to bypass Google account on Motorola G Android 10 2022

The Factory Reset Protection on a Motorola device is similar to the iCloud lock on iPhone. It gets enabled when you reset a locked device via recovery mode. To claim the ownership of the device, you need to verify with the screen lock credentials or the previously synced Google account.

In this post, we are going to use the latest and easiest 2021 2022 FRP bypass method that works on all Motorola Android 10 devices such as Moto G7, G7 Play, G7 Power, G7 Supra, G7 Optimo Maxx,  Z4, Moto E 2020, Moto G Fast, Moto G Stylus, Moto G Power, Moto G Play, etc. In a few minutes, you’ll reach your Motorola device’s home screen.

If you have an Android 11 Motorola device such as Moto G8, G8 Fast, Stylus 5G 2021 2022, G8 Power 2021 2022, One 5G Ace, G100, G Play 2021, G Pure, etc, then please follow the below link to bypass the Google account verification –

We do not need any SIM card, Bluetooth device, or computer to bypass the Google account –

I was locked out on my Motorola Android 10 device. I had to reset the phone using the volume down & power keys.

After the reset, it rebooted to the “Hi There” screen. Let’s click the “START” button to begin the setup.

Now, we have reached the “Connect to Wifi” screen.

To get past this page, we need to connect to a Wifi network.

It’s checking for updates after connecting to the internet.

After a while, it brought me to the “Copy apps & data” page.

Choose “Don’t copy” to skip this step.

Now we are on the screen lock verification page. To get past this screen you either need the lock screen password or the previously synced Google account.

I don’t remember either of the two.

Let’s try to bypass this Google verification screen using the latest 2022 hack as follows –

To bypass the Google account, go 2 steps back from the “Google – Verify Your Account” screen to reach the “Connect to Wifi” page as shown above.

On the Wifi screen, Click on “See all Wi-Fi networks” > “Add new network”.

This brings out the keyboard on the screen.

Tap the “microphone icon” at the top-right corner of the keyboard.

Choose “Deny” when the “Allow Gboard to record audio?” pop-up shows up.

Again click the mic and this time tap “Deny & don’t ask again”.

Do the same thing one last time.

Hit the mic icon and then select “Allow” as shown in the above screenshot.

This will bring you to the “App Info” screen of the Gboard app.

Now, select “Permissions” to move ahead.

On the following screen, touch the “search icon” at the top-right corner.

Enter the term settings in the search bar.

Now, scroll down to the bottom and pick “Settings – App Info” with a blue circular icon.

This will bring you to the App Info page of the Settings app. Now, on clicking “Open” we can reach the Settings app.

In Settings, scroll down & open “Security”.

The last option on the Security page is “Screen pinning”. Enable this option.

After enabling screen pinning, turn on the 2nd option – “Lock device when unpinning”.

NOTE: On Motorola Android 11 devices you cannot enable the 2nd option – “Lock device when unpinning”. You need to use the updated Motorola Android 11 FRP bypass tutorial as per the below link –

After turning on “Lock device when unpinning” it brings me to the “Choose Screen Lock” page.

We are going to set up a new Pattern, PIN, or Password to replace the old lock screen password.

I’ve picked the 2nd option – “Fingerprint + PIN”.

Let’s add a new screen lock PIN code 1234

Enter the code and hit “Next”.

Re-enter the PIN and click “Confirm”.

We have successfully replaced the old lock screen password with this new PIN code.

Now, go back and use this PIN code to bypass the Google account verification.

Hit the back button multiple times to reach the first page.

Hit the “START” button to proceed.

Select “Don’t copy” on the “Copy apps & data” screen.

It skipped the screen lock verification page and directly brought me to the “Google – Verify your account” screen. We cannot bypass the Google lock without the “Verify PIN” option.

To get back to that page, we are going to hard reset our Motorola Android 10 device using the volume down + power buttons via Recovery Mode.

Long-press the power button and choose – “Power off” as shown above.

Once the phone is off, press & hold the volume down + power keys.

Now, use the volume rocker to switch from “START” to “RECOVERY MODE”.

When “RECOVERY MODE” shows up on the screen, click the power button once.

It brings me to the “No command” screen.

To bypass this screen, press and hold the power button. Keep holding the power key and tap the volume up button once.

Release both the keys as soon as you reach the “Android Recovery” screen.

Use the volume rocker to move down from “Reboot system now” to “Wipe data/factory reset”.

Now, press the power key to select this option.

Again move down from “Cancel” to “Factory data reset” with the volume key and click the power key to reset your Motorola device.

Once the data wipe is complete. Tap the power button one more time to reboot the phone.

We are once again on the “Hi There” screen after the reset.

Click the “START” option to move ahead.

Now, connect your Motorola device to a Wi-fi network.

Click “Don’t copy” on the “Copy apps & data” screen.

This time we get the “Verify PIN” screen. Let’s verify with the PIN code we set up earlier i.e. 1234

After the successful verification, we get the “Skip” option on the Google account setup screen.

We have successfully bypassed the Google account lock. Now, let’s follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup wizard.

Accept the Google services terms and conditions to proceed further.

Now, skip the screen lock setup. You can do it later.

Select “Accept and continue” on the Motorola – About your Privacy page.

Keep hitting “Next” to proceed further.

We are now on the gesture navigation screen. Click “Get started” to proceed.

Use the “Next” button to keep moving ahead.

Again hit “Next” as shown above.

Finally, use the swipe-up gesture to reach the Motorola Android 10 home screen.

We have successfully landed on the home screen thus bypassing the Google account.
