Blu View 2 Forgot Pattern, PIN, Password/ Screen Lock Bypass

Are you stuck on the Blue View 2 lock screen due to a forgotten PIN, Pattern, or Password? Don’t worry you’ve landed at the right place.

In this post, we are going to bypass the lock screen as well as the Google account verification. When you hard reset the device via recovery mode, after the reset it asks for the lock screen credentials or the previously synced Google account.

Let’s use the latest and easiest method to bypass the screen lock & FRP lock on Blu View 2 without a computer –

I do not remember the correct Blu View 2 lock screen password.

To bypass the lock screen you need to hard reset the device using the volume up + power keys.

Unfortunately, you cannot bypass the lock screen without a reset.

 

 

Let’s turn off the device to enter recovery mode.

Long press the power button and choose “Power off” as shown above.

Now, press and hold the volume up + power keys until you reach the “Select Boot Mode” screen.

 

There are 2 options on this screen – “Normal Boot” & “Recovery Mode”.

Use the volume up button to select the “Recovery Mode” option. Now, press the volume down key to enter recovery mode.

 

Instead of recovery mode, it brings me to the “No command” screen.

To exit this screen – 

Press and hold the power button. Keep it pressed, and tap the volume up key once.

Release both the keys when you reach the “Android Recovery” page.

In the recovery mode, we are going to use the volume rocker and power button.

Move down from “Reboot system now” to “Wipe data/factory reset” with the volume down key. Now, press the power button once.

Again move down from “Cancel” to “Factory data reset” and click the power key to wipe your device to factory settings.

After the reset, click the power button to reboot your phone.

After a few minutes, I landed on the “Hi There” screen.

Click the “START” button to proceed.

 

 

Now, connect your phone to a Wifi network.

 

 

After a few minutes, I get to the “Copy apps & data” page.

Click “Don’t copy” to move ahead.

The next page is “Verify Password”. There is an alternate option – “Use my Google account instead”.

 

 

I do not remember the lock screen password or the previously synced Google account.

Hit the back button multiple times to reach the first page of the setup wizard.

 

 

Now, click the “Emergency Call” button.

On the phone dialer screen, click on “EMERGENCY INFORMATION” twice.

 

 

Hit the “edit button” on the top-right corner and then select “Name – Owner”.

 

 

Now, click the “profile icon” and pick the lower option – “Choose an image”. You can refer to the above screenshot.

 

This brings me to the “Recent” page.

Now, hit the “3 bar” icon and long-press the “Drive” option.

 

With the long press, you’ll reach the App Info screen.

Now, open “Permissions” and then tap the “search icon”.

 

 

Enter the term settings and wait for the search results to appear.

Scroll down on this page, and click on “Settings – App Info”.

 

Hit “OPEN” to launch the Settings app.

Open “Security” and select the last option on this page – “Screen Pinning”.

 

Turn on “Screen Pinning” as shown above.

 

Now, enable the lower option “Lock Device when unpinning”.

You cannot enable this option on an Android 11 device such as Blu View 3. Please follow the below link to bypass the Google account on Blu View 3 –

This will bring you to the “Protect your phone” screen.

We are going to add a new lock screen Pattern, PIN, or Password.

I’ve picked the PIN option.

 

I’m adding 1234 as the new screen lock PIN.

 

 

After changing the screen lock, go back to the first page of the setup wizard.

 

Click the “START” button to move ahead.

 

Choose “Don’t copy” on the “Copy apps & data” screen.

Instead of the “Verify PIN” screen, it brings me to the “Google – Verify your account” page.

We need that page to bypass the Google account. The screen lock verification page can be restored with a hard reset.

 

 

 

 

Let’s turn off the device to enter recovery mode.

Once the phone is off, press & hold the volume up + power button.

Use the volume up button to choose the “Recovery Mode” option.

Now, click the volume down key to enter recovery mode.

To bypass the No command screen –

Press and hold the power button. Keep it pressed and tap the volume up key once.

Release both the keys once your enter Recovery Mode.

 

In recovery mode, use the volume rocker to move down from “Reboot system now” to “Wipe data/factory reset”.

Now, click the power button once.

Again move down from “Cancel” to “Factory data reset” with the volume down button. Now press the power key once.

After the data wipe, click the power button to reboot your device.

The factory reset took a few minutes.

It once again brings me to the “Hi There” screen.

Click “START” to proceed.

Now, connect your phone to a Wifi network.

 

Click “Don’t copy” on the following screen.

This time we get the “Verify PIN” screen.

Enter the PIN code we set earlier i.e. 1234

The PIN verification is successful. We have bypassed the Google account on Blu View 2.

Now, just follow the on-screen prompts to reach the Blu View home screen.

Hit the “Skip” button on the Google sign-in screen.

 

Accept the Google services terms and conditions in the next step.

 

Now, bypass the screen lock setup with the skip button.

 

Accept the Tracfone terms and conditions to complete the setup wizard.

We have successfully landed on the Blu View 2 home screen thus bypassing the lock screen.
